Our People
Anne Brandner, Senior Vice President
Known as one of Nashville’s top networking experts, Anne Brandner brings over 25 years of healthcare business development experience to her role as Senior Vice President. A connector, idea generator, and brand innovator, she excels in creative, collaborative environments that drive meaningful results.
In her career, Anne has launched hospital development programs and driven growth in inpatient and outpatient settings for startups and established organizations. Her strategic, innovative thinking has elevated brands, strengthened partnerships, and created lasting value.
With a selfless, service-focused approach, Anne helps others access solutions, resources, and opportunities. Her talent for building authentic relationships and innovative strategies has made her a trusted advisor in healthcare.
Anne holds a BS in Business Administration from Samford University. (Ask about her OWL collection for a fun chat.)
Matt Graves, Assistant Vice President of Business Development
Matt brings more than 20 years of proven success in business development across diverse sectors of the healthcare industry. His passion for building collaborative relationships and connecting key decision-makers will help us continue to drive meaningful outcomes and strengthen our partnerships. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, playing guitar, bow hunting, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, and spending quality time with his family.
Chris Bernstein, Director of Marketing
Chris brings over 20 years of marketing experience – from record labels to not-for-profit associations – to the THA Innovative Solutions team, including the past 4 years with THA. His strong understanding of brand strategy and audience engagement help our trusted vendor partners effectively share their stories and connect with THA members in ways that are meaningful, impactful, and engaging.
Zoe Tallier, Marketing Coordinator
Zoe has over 3 years of marketing experience, bringing her expertise in advertising and marketing to the THA Innovative Solutions team. Her strengths in content creation, social media strategy, and communication support the team’s mission to connect partners and hospitals statewide. Outside of work, Zoe enjoys hiking, reading, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.
Natalie Gregg, Executive Assistant
Natalie keeps our team running seamlessly, handling the details that make our organization strong. A classically trained musician with a passion for science, she applies precision and creativity at work to ensure all stakeholders are set up for success. Natalie’s hobbies include cooking, going to concerts, watching UT football, and learning new instruments. Fun fact: Natalie has a minor in Plant Pathology & Entomology (Ask her about her bug collection!)
